The Maintenance And Modernization Of The Claims Management System Is A Highly Specialized And Complex Undertaking Due To The Underlying Intellectual Property (Ip) Rights, Need For Compatibility With Antiquated Database And Software Technology, And Coupling Of Data Across The System And The Number Of Downstream Applications That Consume And Depend On This Data.
