The Present Order Is Awarded In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop And Has The Subject Upgrading Of A Server Complex, Delivery And Implementation Of An Archiving Device, Delivery And Installation Of Licenses And Provision Of The Necessary Accompanying Services With Four Separate Items: Separate Item No. 1: Expanding The Capacity Of A Server - 2 Units And A Disk System; Separate Item No. 2: Delivery And Installation Of A Specialized Disk System For Archiving ; Separate Position No. 3: Delivery And Implementation Of Licenses For Securing A Server Complex; Headline No. 4: Renewal Of Anti-Virus Software Licenses. The Published Announcement Announces The Assignment Of: Separate Position No. 1 - Expanding The Capacity Of A Server - 2 Units And A Disk System; Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery And Installation Of A Specialized Disk System For Archiving; Separate Position No. 3: Delivery And Implementation Of Licenses For Securing A Server Complex. 2. Estimated Value Of The Order. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Determined In Accordance With The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 2 Of The Zop. The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Is 60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand) Euros Without Vat. It Is Distributed By Specific Positions As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Expanding The Capacity Of A Server - 2 Units And A Disk System - 22,000.00 Euros Without Vat; Separate Item No. 2: Delivery And Installation Of A Specialized Disk System For Archiving - Eur 19,000.00 Excluding Vat; Separate Position No. 3: Delivery And Implementation Of Licenses For Securing A Server Complex - 7,500.00 Euros Without Vat; Separate Item No. 4: Renewal Of Anti-Virus Software Licenses - 11,500.00 Euros Excluding Vat. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code And Art. 7 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Assigns The Performance Of Separate Item No. 4 By Direct Awarding In The Order Provided For The Individual And Value. The Estimated Value Of The Specified Op 4 Item Does Not Exceed The Established Threshold Within The Meaning Of Art. 20, Para. 4 Of The Ppa Of Eur 79,998.77 Excluding Vat, And The Value Of This Separate Item Amounts To Eur 11,500.00 Excluding Vat And Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order – Eur 12,000.00 Excluding Vat. In View Of The Above, Separate Items No. 1, 2 And 3 With A Total Estimated Value Of Eur 48,500.00 Without Vat Are Awarded Through This Procedure.
