The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A Complete Solution For Remote Services - Telecare For 15 Users, Including At Least The Following Components That Form Its Scope:​​​​​​ Component 1 - An Individual Device For The Remote Collection Of Physiological Data Including, For Example, But Not Limited To Basic Vital Signs, Location Tracking, Changes In Body Position That Have Occurred (Eg, Falls), Etc. (The Device). Component 2 – A Specialized Platform, Accessible Through A Web Browser, For Receiving, Collecting And Visualizing Data Obtained From Measurements Performed By The Device, Which Will Provide Access To User Databases, Reports And Emergency Call Logs (The Platform). Component 3 - Remote Service Center - Organized 24/7 Service Unit, Including Medical Specialists. In Emergency Situations, As A Result Of A Received Alarm Or A Call From The User, The Service Center Must Be Able To React Immediately By Redirecting The Users Signal And Making An Emergency Call To The Number 112. Component 4 – Uninterrupted Communication Connectivity, Including Mobile Voice And Internet Service Provided Through A Sim Card Installed In The Device; Component 5 - Warranty Of The Solution, Including Telecare Devices, Monitoring Platform And Communication Connectivity For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months. ​​​​​​​
