The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Rail Baltica Regional Passenger Rolling Stock With Accompanying Services, As Well As Rolling Stock Unit Option. The Technical Specification Is Attached (Annex 1). Each Contracting Authority (Elron, Ltg, Vivi) Will Enter Into A Separate Contract With The Successful Tenderer. Ltg And Vivi Will Not Enter Into An Actual Order Of Rolling Stock, But Secure An Option For Rolling Stock According To The Same Technical Specification And General Terms (Annex 2) As Elron, Except For The Main Terms Of The Respective Contracting Authority (Annexes 2.1, 2.2 And 2.3).
