Enzymatic Processing Tests Of Fish Filleting Residues Planned For The Project Fish Filleting Residues Into Liquid Fertilizer Will Be Carried Out In The Processing Unit Of The Service Provider Until 01.11.2028. The Goal Of The Project Is To Develop A Suitable Enzymatic Treatment Solution At The Service Provider, For The Processing Of Fish Filleting Residues And For The Production Of Liquid Fertilizer. For This Purpose, It Is Planned To Carry Out Enzymatic Decomposition With Minced Fish Remains (Not Spoiled) And Stabilization Of The Separated Hydrolyzate On A Pilot Scale At The Service Provider, And To Collect Data Under Conditions Close To Processing.
