Fma Must Acquire A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Commercial Subscription-Based Satellite Communication Services Offered By Distributors. The Agreement Must Provide Access To The Following Satellite Network Operators (Sno): Iridium, Viasat, Thuraya, Oneweb, Starlink. Furthermore, The Agreement Will Open Up Access To Services From Snos That May Become Relevant For The Armed Forces During The Contract Period, E.G. Starshield, Leo Amazon And Lightspeed. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Competition With Negotiation With Prequalification Of Suppliers.
