In The Pays De La Loire Region The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Provide Technical Assistance And Advice Relating To The Extensions Of Computer Networks Necessary To Meet The Growing Needs Of Digital Development In Public High Schools And Establishments. Regional Adapted Education (E.R.E.A.) Of The Pays De La Loire Region. This Technical Assistance Will Also Ensure The Development Of Technical Requirements, The Carrying Out Of Audits And The Monitoring Of Corresponding Operations. The Framework Agreement Takes Effect From The Date Of Notification To The Holder. It Is Concluded For A Fixed Period Of 48 Months. This Framework Agreement May Be Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders On The Basis Of The Prices Indicated In The Unit Price Schedule. The Framework Agreement May Also Be Executed Through Subsequent Contracts Which May Be: - Either At A Global And Fixed Price; - Either At Unit Prices; - Or At Mixed Prices. This Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded. The Minimum And Maximum Cumulative Amounts Of Orders And Subsequent Contracts That Can Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement Are Defined As Follows: - Minimum Amount: €100,000 Excluding Vat For 48 Months - Maximum Amount: €1,200,000 Excluding Vat For 48 Months
