Buurtschap Crailo Is An Area Development In The Municipalities Of Gooise Meren, Laren And Hilversum, With Approximately 600 Homes And Approximately 5 Hectares Of Business Park. The Vision For The Entrance Building Is An Integrated Development With High Architectural Quality. The Entrance Building Will Mainly House A Supermarket Of 1,200 M² Gross Floor Area, A Catering Facility Of 200 M² Gross Floor Area And A Built-Up Parking Facility For Approximately 205 Parking Spaces And Approximately 60 Bicycle Spaces. Gem Crailo Is Looking For A Market Party That Will Develop And Realize The Complete Program For The Entrance Building Together With A Committed Architect. The Commercial Functions Of Supermarket And Catering Will Become The Property Of The Market Party. The Market Party Is Realizing The Parking Facility Turnkey On Behalf Of Gem Crailo. Ownership And Control Of The Parking Facility Remains With Gem Crailo During The First Years Of Operation. Gem Crailo Aims To Conclude A Development Agreement With The Selected Market Party, On The Basis Of Which The Construction Plan For The Entrance Building Will Be Developed In Phases (In The So, Vo And Do Phases). If The Do Shows That There Is A Feasible Plan, The Purchase Agreement For The Land For The Commercial Functions And The Construction Agreement For The Parking Facility Will Be Formalized, After Which Construction Can Start.
