Traffic Lights – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Traffic Control Devices And Traffic Lights. The Order Concerns The Supply Of Traffic Control Devices And Traffic Lights, Including Additional Work. In Addition, A Service Contract Will Be Concluded With The Same Tenderer For The Corrective And Preventive Maintenance Of The Delivered Traffic Control Devices. This Order Concerns A Framework Agreement With An Expected Size Of 7 Traffic Control Devices And The Associated Traffic Lights At The Intersections In Question. The Maximum Size Over The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement Is 9 Traffic Control Devices And The Associated Traffic Lights At The Intersections In Question. If The Maximum Size Has Been Reached, The Framework Agreement Will End. The Size Of The Service Contract Is Approximately €45,000 Excluding Vat Per Year. This Amount Is Based On Historical Data And Is An Indicative Amount. The Municipality Of Venlo Does Not Provide Any (Turnover) Guarantees. You Cannot Therefore Derive Any (Implicit) Expectations And/Or Rights From This Data.
