The Subject Of The Tender Is The Provision Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Order To Ensure The Transport Service Of The Pilsen Region By Public Rail Passenger Transport In Accordance With § 2 Zovs In The Period 2030-2045, On Lines P21 Heřmanova Huť - Plzeň - Rokycany - Příkosice - Nezvěstice; P3 Pilsen - Stod - Domažlice City; P22 City Hall - Pilsen - Bezdružice; P25 Plzeň - Klatovy - Železná Ruda, With A Gradual Ramp-Up Of Services On Individual Lines Following The Termination Of Currently Effective Contracts, Including The Possibility Of Removing Selected Services From These Contracts While They Are Still In Effect. The Subject Of The Tender Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of The Contract Concluded With The Carrier That Submits The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Contract Will Be Concluded As A So-Called Gross Contract, Where Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Time Development Of The Revenue Amount Will Be Fully Borne By The Customer.
