The Work Is Within The Municipality Of Gemert-Bakel And Falls Solely Under Its Responsibility. The Activities Are Comparable To Each Other And Can Be Seen As A Whole, So This Assignment Will Not Be Combined. Various Companies In The Sector Have All The Disciplines In-House To Carry Out The Various Parts Of The Work. The Size Of The Assignment, Both Financially And Technically, Is Such That The Entire Work Is Also Easily Feasible For An Sme Company. For This Reason It Is Not Necessary To Divide The Work Into Lots. The Agreement Is Entered Into For The Period From June 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027. The Client Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Extend The Agreement Once For A Period Of Two Years.
