The Tenders Are Submitted For The Entire Subject Of This Tender, For All Buildings Under The Responsibility Of Ifet M.A.E., As Described In Appendix I Of This Tender. • The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract For Twenty-Four (24) Months Amounts To Five Hundred And Fifty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred And Seventy-Three Euros And Fourteen Euro Cents (€555,873.14), Plus Vat. 24% I.E. (€133,409.55). The Building Security Services Provided, The Timetables, And Other Special Requirements, Are Included In Appendix (I) Entitled: Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Subject Of The Contract, As Well As In Appendix (Ii) Entitled: Requirements - Obligations Of The Contractor - Technical Specifications, Which Are Integral Parts Of The Text Of This Declaration. It Is Pointed Out That In Order To Ensure The Uninterrupted And Uninterrupted Provision Of Security Services In The Buildings Of The Contracting Authority In Pallini And Magoula Attica And To Achieve The Correct And Uniform Monitoring Of The Contractual Object, With This Announcement All Security Services Are Assigned To One (1) Contractor That Will Result From The Process Of Carrying Out The Tender In Question. Therefore, The Contract Due To The Relativity, Complementarity And Relevance Of The Individual Services Provided And The Assurance Of Its Correct Execution, In A Single Timetable And A Single Management Scheme To Limit The Administration
