The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Relaunch, Following Declaration Of No Follow-Up To The Initial Consultation, Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Aimed At Carrying Out Technical Control Missions For All New Construction Projects As Well As Extension, Rehabilitation And Maintenance Of Existing Deux-Sèvres Habitat Buildings. The Contract Takes The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders Setting All Contractual Stipulations Concluded With No Minimum And The Following Maximum: 700,000.00 Euros Excluding Vat Over The Overall Duration Of The Contract. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 48 Months From Its Notification. The Description Of The Services And Their Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses.
