Energy And Related Services – Provision Of Energy Services By The Epc Method In Selected Buildings Owned By The City Of Bystřice Pod Hostýnem. The Scope Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures In The Clients Buildings Using The Epc Method. This Is A Complex Public Order Including Preparation, Including Design, Implementation/Construction Of The Proposed Measures And Subsequent Long-Term Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Results Of Implemented Energy-Saving Measures (For A Period According To The Ses, But At Least 10 Years), While The Supplier With Whom The Contract Will Be Concluded Will Provide The Contracting Authority With Contractual Guarantees/Guarantees For The Achievement Of The Contractually Determined Savings In Energy Costs And For The Achievement Of The Expected Economic Benefits Of The Project. The Supplier Himself Will Propose Specific Energy-Saving Measures And Include Them In The Epc Project, Which He Will Then Implement In The Object(S). According To The Clients Assumptions, The Proposed Energy-Saving Measures Will Include Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Lighting, Hot And Cold Water Consumption. The Supplier Bears The Appropriate Risk Of Failure In Achieving Savings By Implementing Measures Designed And Implemented By Him. Preparation Of Documentation For The Actual Implementation Of Proposed And Mandatory Measures, 6. Provision Of A Guarantee For The Achievement Of Expected Cost Savings For The Period Agreed In The Contract (For The Duration Of The Guarantee). 11. Communication And Cooperation With Processors Of Requests For Subsidies For Agreed Installed Measures.
