Installation Services Of Electrical And Mechanical Equipment - Modernization Of Medium Voltage Switchgear In Terms Of Replacing Field Controllers In Individual Switchboard Bays In The Wieliczka Salt Mine. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Field Controllers In Individual Switchboard Bays Of The Medium Voltage Switchgear In The Wieliczka Salt Mine. 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare Technical Designs For Planned Changes In Individual Medium-Voltage Switchgears On The Surface And In Underground Workings, Listed In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Contract, And Agree Them With The Persons Supervising The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract On The Part Of The Ordering Party, 2) Supplement The Technical And Operational Documentation Of Individual Switchgears With An Annex Taking Into Account The Entered Data, Which Will Not Result In The Production Of A New Product And Will Not Fall Within The Scope Of The Changes, Referred To In Art. 113 Section 12 Of The Geological And Mining Law Act, 3) Replacement Of Existing Protection Devices In Distribution Panels In Individual Medium-Voltage Switching Stations On The Surface And In Underground Workings In The Mine With New Protection Controllers, 4) Adaptation Of Existing Distribution Panels In Individual Switching Stations To Connect New Types Of Protection Controllers, 5) Connection Of New Protection Controllers To Communication Concentrators In Individual Switching Stations And Adaptation Of New Protection Devices To Cooperate With The Employers Power Grid Supervision System Based On The Scada System, 6) Adapting The Software In The New Protection Devices, Setting The Protection Values, Settings And Configuration In Accordance With The Parameters Provided By The Ordering Party, 7) Carrying Out Measurements To Check The Operation Of The New Protection Devices, 8) Preparing Reports On The Measurements Performed, 9) Developing As-Built Documentation Of The Changes Introduced In The Switchboards In Which The New Protection Devices Were Installed, Developing Change Cards Or Additions To The Basic Documentation For Each Switchboard In Which The New Protection Devices Were Installed, 10) Approval From The State Mining Authority Must Be Provided For Underground Switchboards Confirming That The Equipment Used Is In Accordance With The Wug Approval In The Scope Of Primary And Secondary Circuits Of The Currently Used Type Of Switchgear, And Therefore Markings Are Applied To The Modernized Panels, 11) For Surface Switchboards, A Positive Opinion From An Accredited Product Certification Body Must Be Provided, Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 113 Section 12 – Geological And Mining Law. This Opinion Should State That The Adopted Technical Solutions Are Correct And That The Proposed Changes Constitute At Least An Equivalent Technical Solution To The Previously Used Solution And Can Be Used Interchangeably In The Switchboards In Question, And The Analysis And Risk Assessment Of The Introduced Changes Confirms That The Introduced Changes Do Not Change The Level Of Threats, Do Not Introduce New Threats In Connection With The Use Of The Product And As A Result Of Their Introduction, At Least
