Work Detail
Sanitary Fixture Installation Work – Sanitary Fixtures. The Nienburg/Weser District Is Planning To Build A New Fire Service Center (Ftz) In The Commercial Area Of The Town Of Lemke, Municipality Of Marklohe. It Is A Replacement Building For The Existing Ftz On Verdener Landstrasse In Nienburg. The Room Program Includes Approx. 8,200 M² Of Usable Space, As Well As Approx. 9,140 M² Of Outdoor Areas - Exercise And Exercise Areas. A Construction Site Of Approximately 3.4 Hectares Is Available For This Purpose. The Construction Project Involves Individual Building Parts With A Steel Truss Structure With A Trapezoidal Surface. The Advertised Services Include: Wastewater Systems: The Wastewater From The Sanitary Facilities In The Building Is Drained Away Via Drainage Pipes In A Gravity Gradient. The Kitchen Wastewater Contaminated With Grease Is Led Outside Via An On-Site Grease Separator. The Waste Water From The Drainage Channel In The Washing Hall Is Led Outside Via An On-Site Coalescence Separator. The Roof Drainage Of The Main Building Is External (On Site). The Roof Drainage Of The Halls Takes Place Internally As Pressure Drainage. For The Main Vehicle Hall This Concerns The Main And Emergency Drainage, For The Other Halls Only The Main Drainage. The Emergency Drainage Is Carried Out Here Via On-Site Spouts. Drinking Water Systems: The Drinking Water Connection Is Led Into The Building In The Washing Hall. Stainless Steel Pipe Is Used As The Pipe Material For The Drinking Water Network. The Drinking Water Pipes Are Routed In Suspended Ceilings, Visible Under The Bare Ceiling, In Pre-Walls And Riser Shafts. Domestic Hot Water Is Prepared Centrally Via A Fresh Water Station Located In The Boiler Room. The Hot Water Supply Takes Place As Hot Water Circulation. Domestic Hot Water Preparation For Remote Tapping Points Is Done Decentrally And Electrically Via Instantaneous Water Heaters. All Other Taps Do Not Receive Any Domestic Hot Water Preparation. To Ensure Compliance With Drinking Water Hygiene, All Furnishings Are Sanded. Rinsing Stations Will Be Provided At The End. Industrial Compressed Air: The Industrial Compressed Air Supply Is Generated By A Piston Compressor With A Horizontal Air Tank. The Compressor Is Equipped With A Refrigeration Dryer, Oil-Water Separator, Condensate Treatment, Drainage And Filter. Due To The Distances Between The Different Application Points, A Total Of 4 Systems Are Planned: Main Vehicle Hall With Connection To The Hose Workshop, Workshop Area And Multifunctional Hall As Well As A Smaller System At The Practice House. Within The Main Vehicle Hall, The Compressed Air Line Is Designed As A Ring Line And Is Made Of Steel Pipe In Accordance With Din En 10305-1. The Remaining Systems Each Have Branch Lines, But Are Also Made Of Steel Pipes In Accordance With Din En 10305-1. All Extraction Points Have Their Own Pressure Reducer So That They Can Each Be Individually Adjusted To A Specific Pressure. There Will Also Be An Industrial Facility At The Practice House
