Maintenance And Improvement Services For Ibm Hardware And Software Support Include Maintenance And Technical Support For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, All According To The Specification For Maintenance And Improvement Services For Ibm Hardware And Software Support (Hereinafter: Specification). The Services In Question Include The Following Activities: A) Maintenance Of Machines By Identifying Faults And Repairs To Bring The Machines To A State Of Proper Functioning, B) Performing Preventive Maintenance In Accordance With Ibm Standards For Each Machine, Which Consists Of Specific Tests, Adjustments, Tuning And Replacement Of Parts, C) Planning, Scheduling And Installation Of Any Technical Changes That Are Necessary To Improve The Maintenance, Operation And/Or Safety Of The Machine. The Bidder Is Obliged To Provide The Following Program Support For Ibm System P Servers: A) Program Updates (Including New Versions And Releases), Published During The Contract Period, As Soon As They Become Available On The Market, And At The Request Of The Customer, B) Remote Assistance In Response To Requests Related To: 1. Basic, Short-Term Instructions, Use And Configuration Related Questions, 2. Questions Related To Aix Program Releases, 3. Questions Related To Code Problems, 4. Review Of Diagnostic Information To Help In Isolation The Cause Of The Problem (For Example, Help Interpreting Documentation Related To Memory State Print Problems Or Code-Related Problems), 5. Known Errors, Available Corrective Service Information, And Program Fixes Entitled Under The Terms Of The Program License. The Offeror Is Obliged To Provide The Following Additional Technical Support At The Users Location: A) Status Of All Reported Errors And Relevant Plans For Further Actions Or Recommendations, B) Assistance In The Interpretation And Interpretation Of Available Reports And Data Within The Standard Ibm Performance Management Service, C) Preventive Report On The Aix And Linux Platform (With The Installed Ibm Service Agent), D) Recommendations Along With The Installation Of The Latest Microcodes And Firmware. The Bidder Is Obliged To Provide Maintenance Services For The Existing Siem System, Which Must Include Maintenance And Technical Support Services For The Existing Qradar System For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months And Include Standard Support For The Existing Qradar Hardware And Software From The Manufacturer. The Bidder Is Obliged To Ensure Renewal Of Maintenance Of Ibm Software Licenses That Refers To The Licenses Specified In Item 5 Of The Specifications. In The Procurement Documentation, Some Professional Terms Were Used In English, For Which The Client Did Not Provide A Translation Into Croatian, Since The Mentioned Terms Have An International And Multilingual Application And There Is No Adequate Translation Into Croatian For Them.
