Environmental Planning – Draft Protection Plan For The Choczewskie Cisy Nature Reserve. 1. The Regional Director For Environmental Protection Shall Prepare A Protection Plan For The Nature Reserve Pursuant To Art. 19 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Nature Conservation (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13) Art. 19. [Establishment Of A Protection Plan] 1. A Draft Protection Plan Is Prepared For: 1) A National Park - The Director Of The National Park; 2) Nature Reserve - The Regional Director Of Environmental Protection Or, After Consultation With This Authority, The Person Managing The Reserve Or Supervising The Reserve. 2. The Scope Of The Protection Plan For The Nature Reserve Is Specified In Art. 20 Above Act: Article 20. [Period Of Validity And Content Of Protection Plans] 1. The Protection Plan For A National Park, Nature Reserve And Landscape Park Is Drawn Up For A Period Of 20 Years, Taking Into Account: 1) The Characteristics And Assessment Of The State Of Nature; 2) Identification And Assessment Of Existing And Potential Internal And External Threats; 3) Characteristics And Assessment Of Social And Economic Conditions; 4) Analysis Of The Effectiveness Of Current Protection Methods; 5) Characteristics And Assessment Of The State Of Spatial Development; 6) Results Of The Landscape Audit. Detailed Guidelines Are Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of May 12, 2005 On Preparing A Draft Protection Plan For A National Park, Nature Reserve And Landscape Park, Making Changes To This Plan And Protecting Resources, Creations And Components Of Nature (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 94, Item 794), Which Is The Only Possible Variant Of The Order Execution. 3. The Result Of The Order Implementation Will Be Documentation Taking Into Account The Scope Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Opz Order And A Draft Ordinance On The Establishment Of A Protection Plan For The Choczewskie Cisy Nature Reserve. These Materials Will Be The Basis For Undertaking The Procedure Of Establishing A Protection Plan For The Above-Mentioned. Reserve. During Its Validity Period, I.E. 20 Years, The Established Protection Plan Will Constitute The Basis For Implementing Protective Measures That Have Been Determined To Eliminate Or Reduce Identified And Potential Threats To The Protection Objective Of The Reserve. The Protection Plan Will Also Include Arrangements For Municipal And Voivodeship Planning Documents, So It Will Influence The Shaping Of The Space Around The Protected Area. 4. Technical, Organizational And Human Resources Do Not Allow The Ordering Party To Execute The Order On Its Own. The Specificity Of The Order Requires The Participation Of Specialists From Various Fields, Analysis And Field Research In Appropriate Phenological And Hydrological Periods, As Well As Small-Scale Work, Which, Based On Analyzes Of Individual Environmental Elements, Will Allow The Creation Of A Coherent Document On The Basis Of Which The Regional Director Of Environmental Protection In Gdańsk Will Establish A Protection Plan For The Choczewskie Cisy Nature Reserve. The Deadline Set By The Ordering Party For The Execution Of The Order Is Sufficient For Its Proper Implementation. If There Are No Willing Contractors, It Will Be Possible To Repeat The Contract Award Procedure
