Operation Of Electrical Installations – Control Of Individual Domestic Hot Water And/Or Cold Water Load, Calories As Well As All Associated Services. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Control Individual Charges For Domestic Hot Water And/Or Cold Water, Calories, As Well As All Associated Services, In Residences Owned By The Contracting Authority And Managed By It. These Services Include: • A Fixed Rate Service Covering The Installation, Management, Rental, Maintenance And Remote Reading Of Metrological Equipment; Troubleshooting The Equipment Necessary For Counting; The Provision, Maintenance And Hosting Of Digital Platforms Allowing The Transmission Of Data Relating To The Management Of The Aforementioned Equipment. • A Service To Purchase Orders For The Installation Needs During Deployment Or Troubleshooting Of Equipment Necessary For Counting. By Nature, The Services On Bpu Cannot Be Determined Precisely Either In Their Rhythm Or In Their Consistency. There Is No Minimum Amount With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 700,000 Euros Excluding Tax. Purchase Orders Will Be Notified As And When Required By The Contracting Authority. The Final Amount Of This Part Of The Contract Will Therefore Depend On The Number Of Orders Actually Executed Applied To The Unit Prices Appearing In The Price Schedule. The Firm Duration Of The Contract Is 13 Years And 6 Months From The Date Of Notification.
