The Train Stations In Question Are Attributed To Topographical Diagrams, Where The Building Infrastructures Are Shown, The Control Of Which Is The Subject Of This Public Contract. The Said Topographic Diagrams Are At The Disposal Of The Bidders With The Obligation To Visit All The Facilities, In Order To Gain An Understanding Of Important Aspects Of The Project. The Scope Of The Technical Consultants Work Is The Provision Of Project Management Services For The Preparation, Implementation And Implementation Of An Integrated Technical And Urban Control Program For All 9 Properties - Train Stations, Including The Individual Actions Required For Its Diligent Implementation And Completion. The Said Technical Control Is Drawn Up, Implemented And Applied For Each Distinct Property. The Technical Consultant Will Place At The Disposal Of Osy Mae The Appropriate Technical Group Of Specialties, Which Will Assist The Management And Services Of The Company On A Regular Basis Or Whenever Requested, In Dealing With Issues And Pending Issues Related To Its Object, To Provide Advice And/Or Opinions Related To It. At The End Of It, And/Or In Between During The Development Of The Works, The Contracting Authority/Contracting Entity, Using The Right Of Option, Can Decide To Extend It To Similar Objects Concerning Other Properties Of The Company Or The Development Of The Design In The Next Stages Of Technical And Administrative Integration Regarding The Legality Of The Buildings In The Whole Spectrum Of The Institutional Obligations According To The Provisions.
