The Object Of The Acquisition Is A Complete Solution For Long-Term Ecg Registration, Which Includes Holter Devices With All Accessories, Troubleshooting, Maintenance And Spare Parts Services, Possible Spare Device Services, Technical Support, Training Services, And The Rights To Use The Software For Analyzing Ecg Data With Services - I.E. All Products, Software And Services That Are Related To And Required For Long-Term Ecg Registration Of Patients Using A Holter Device (For Holter Studies). The Procurement Procedure Is Carried Out As A Negotiation Procedure (Procurement Act 1397/2016, § 34-35). The Overall Goal Of The Negotiations And Procurement Is To Find An Overall Solution For Long-Term Ecg Recording Of The Heart (Holter Examinations) That Best Meets The Needs Of The Purchasing Unit. The Acquisition Aims To Ensure Reliable, Safe And Efficient Registration Of Patient Data As Well As The Possibility Of Versatile Data Analysis And Reporting For The Needs Of Clinical Operations. The Overall Solution Also Offers Smoothness, Operational Reliability And Support For The Subscribers Users And Meets The Needs Of All The Different Units Using The Solution. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because We Are Specifically Looking For An Overall Solution. The Basis Is The Structure Of The Market And Liability Issues, And Dividing The Procurement Into Parts Would Be Risky In Terms Of Compatibility And Technical Functionality. The Length Of The Contract Period Is At Least 4 Years (To Be Specified Later During The Negotiation).
