Bailiff Services – Appointment Of Bailiffs For The Recovery Of Sums Owed To The Car. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Designate A Pool Of 2 Bailiffs Intended To Carry Out Any Legal Procedure Allowing The Judicial Recovery Of Sums Due To The Rca From The Summons To Court, Up To And Including Forced Execution. At The Time Of Writing This Contract, Due In Particular To The Unpredictability Of The Services Of Bailiffs Due To The Very Nature Of These, The Rca Is Not Able To Precisely Define The Quantities Of Services To Be Performed. Consequently, The Presumed Quantities Mentioned In This Call For Applications Are Indicated For Purely Indicative Purposes And Do Not Commit The Administration In Any Way. Therefore, The Successful Bidders Will Not Be Able To Claim Any Compensation In The Event That The Presumed Quantities Are Not Reached.
