In The Framework Of The Financial Support Facility For Customs Inspection Equipment (Ccei), The Nav Submitted A Successful Tender Under The Title Development Of The Customs Inspection Capacity Of The National Tax And Customs Administration (Ccei-2021-Bcross). The Project Involves The Purchase Of 2 Mobile X-Ray Detection Equipment Of The Same Make And Type In Terms Of Both The X-Ray Equipment (Detectors And X-Ray Tube) And The Carrier Vehicle, Suitable For The Inspection Of Passenger And Commercial Vehicles. The Planned Part Of The Purchase, As Well As The Maintenance And Repairs Required For The Intended Operation Within 60 Months From The Successful Handover. In The Case Of Vehicles, The Warranty Is 60 Months Or 100,000 Km, Whichever Comes First. The Technical Description Cannot Refer To A Specific Make Or Origin, Except In Cases Justified By The Subject Of The Contract, Or To A Specific Procedure That Characterizes The Products Of A Given Economic Operator Or The Services Provided By It, Or To A Trademark, Patent, Activity, Person, Type Or Specific Origin Or Production Process, If It Would Lead To Favoring Or Displacing Individual Economic Operators Or Products. Such A Reference May Only Be Allowed In Exceptional Cases, If The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Possible In Accordance With § 46 Of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30).
