The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment As Part Of The Project Entitled: Strengthening Cybersecurity In The Limanowa District. The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Union As Part Of The Grant Competition Entitled: Cybersecure Local Government Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23, Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Program. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Migration Of Software For Monitoring It Infrastructure Along With The Delivery And Replacement Of A Server - 1 Pc., B) Delivery Of A Disk Array For Backup Purposes - 1 Pc., C) Delivery Of Ap Wifi Access Points - 4 Pcs., D) Delivery Of Managed Network Devices (Access Switches) - 4 Pcs. Along With The Necessary Licenses And Updates. 3. The Detailed Scope And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement (Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As: Ppu) Constituting Annexes To The Specification Of Terms Of The Procurement. 4. The Offered And Delivered Items Of The Order (Hardware And Software) Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Free From Defects And Not Encumbered With Rights Of Third Parties. 5. Warranty And Technical Support For The Equipment Referred To In Point 3.3. Lit. A) – C) Swz: The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Covered By A Warranty And Technical Support (Technical Assistance) For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months. Warranty And Technical Support Constitute The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In The Manner Specified In Point 21.2. Point 2 Of The Swz. The Final Length Of The Warranty And Technical Support Will Be Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Form, Point 2. 6. Warranty And Technical Support For The Equipment Referred To In Point 3.3. Lit. D) Swz – Managed Network Devices (Access Switches) Are Specified In Point 2.4.14 Of Opz. 7. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Course And Timely, Careful And Professional Execution Of The Order, For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Qualitative Description Specified For The Subject Of The Order, For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Ppu And Resulting From The Applicable Provisions Of Polish And Community Law And Applicable Guidelines Regarding Projects Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) And The Contract And Annexes To The Contract For Financing The Project.
