Guard Services – Security And Surveillance Services As An Annual Contract For Properties And Premises Owned, Managed And Responsible By The Municipality Of Vihti And From 1 May 2026 To 30 April 2028 + Option 2 Years. The Municipality Of Vihti, Tilapalvelu Requests An Offer For The Security And Control Services Defined Below For The Period 01.05.2026 – 30.04.2028 + Possible Option Years. Prices Without Vat Are Given For The Services As Required On The Offer Form, Including All Costs. See Section Of The Service Description: Concepts/ Price. The Object Of The Acquisition Is Real Estate And Business Premises (Sites) Owned, Managed And Under The Responsibility Of Vihti Municipality. The Objects Are Listed In A Separate Appendix, Which Also Includes The Objects Alarm Types And Whether The Object Is Covered By Perimeter Surveillance (Appendix 1). The Basis For Selecting The Service Provider Is The Approved Total Price, Arranged In Order Of Affordability, Which Consists Of The Combined Monthly Price Of The Standard Items Of District Guarding (Appendix 1) And Alarm Center Services, As Well As The Hourly Price Of Guarding X 20 Hours. The Accepted Offer Must Also Include Set Response Times, Based On Which The Level Of The Service Provided Can Be Confirmed. The Customer Reserves The Right To Also Use A Security Company Outside Of The Contract Concluded On The Basis Of A Tender In Individual Cases. The Implementation Of Possible Option Years Is Decided In Accordance With Vihti Municipalitys Administrative Rules.
