If The Contractor Offers Products Equivalent To The Software Indicated In Section 2 Points 2.2 Items 2.2.8 And 2.2.10 Of Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer Descriptions And Specifications Confirming That The Offered Equivalent Products Meet All The Requirements For Equivalent Software And Demonstrate Their Equivalence To Those Described In Section 2 Points 2.2 Subsections 2.2.8 And 2.2.10 Of Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
