The Proposal Of The Kopú Will Be Processed In Such A Way That It Can Be Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal For The Kopú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Breakdown, Which Exactly Corresponds To The Requirements Set Out In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For Carrying Out Land Improvements And Requirements For The Proposal For Land Improvements, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.). The Entire Cadastral Territory Of Bořanovice U Vimperek Is Included In The Perimeter Of Complex Land Improvements. For Plots That Do Not Require A Solution In The Sense Of The Provisions Of Section 2 Of The Act, The Set Of Geodetic Information Will Be Renewed. The Expected Size Of The Area To Be Addressed Is 211.07 Ha.
