The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Acquisition Of A Hardware And Software Platform For Database Exploitation In The Oracle Environment And The Services Necessary For The Migration Of The Current Environment To The New Platform, Which In Accordance With The Current Market Situation, Allows Us To Achieve The Levels Of Efficiency, Availability And Security That A Service Of This Type Needs To Be Aligned With The Quality, Availability And Security Requirements Of The Services That The Provincial Council Provides For Its Users, The Citizens And The Municipalities Of The Province. This Is A Mixed Supply Contract With Service Provision, With The Supply Having Greater Economic Relevance Compared To The Provision Of The Service. In Percentage Terms, The Supply Represents 72.33% Of The Contract.
