Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Specialist Planning For Outdoor Facilities According To Hoai For The New Building Of The Rescue Station In Burgstädt. A New Rescue Station Is To Be Built In The Saxon Town Of Burgstädt. The Aim Is To Provide The Population With Emergency Services Across The Board In The Service Area. The Land Intended For The New Building Is Currently Undeveloped. The Development Plot Covers An Area Of Around 2,350 M². It Is Located In An Inner-City Location. The Completion And Commissioning Of The New Building With A Usable Area Of Approx. 960 M² Is Planned For June 2029. €5.35 Million Net Is Available For The Project In The Cost Groups Kg 200-700 (Kg 500 Approx. €660,000 Net). The Aim Of The Procedure Is To Award The Outdoor Area Planning According To § 39 Ff Hoai For The New Building Of The Rescue Station In Burgstädt And Associated Special Services, See Attached Contract Documents.
