The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Mechanical Equipment For The Purpose Of Carrying Out All The Necessary Restoration Works For The Execution Of The Act: Restoration Of The Ottoman Fortress Of Sigriou, Lesvos Which Is Being Implemented Within The Framework Of The North Aegean 2021-2027 Program And Its Delivery To The Project Site. The Items To Be Procured Are Classified In The Following Codes Of The Cpv Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts: 42418500-4/ Mechanical Handling Equipment. Offers Are Submitted For The Total Quantities To Be Procured. The Award Of The Contract Is Not Possible In The Form Of Separate Parts, Due To The Nature Of The Project And Its Indivisible Character. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To The Amount Of Forty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred And Thirty-Five Euros And Four Cents (€42,735.04) Excluding Vat 17% (Estimated Value Including Vat: Fifty Thousand Euros (€50,000.00), Vat: Seven Thousand Two Hundred And Sixty-Four Euros And Ninety-Six Cents (€7,264.96). The Delivery Time Of The Supply Of Materials Is Defined Up To Four (4) Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Article. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Advantageous Offer From A Financial Point Of View.
