A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Has Been Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz / Annex No. 1 To The Contract - Assortment And Price Form/Opz, On The Terms Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes (Among Others) To: 1) Deliver, Install And Start Up The Equipment At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts 2) Provide The Ordering Party With Detailed Operating Instructions And Rules For Maintaining The Equipment, Warranty Cards In Polish, 3) Train The Ordering Partys Staff In Terms Of Operation And Operation At The Ordering Partys Premises, In The Number Indicated By The Ordering Party After Agreeing The Date With The Ordering Party, Before Signing The Final Acceptance Report 4) Completion Within The Period Warranty: Warranty Service And Periodic Inspections (In Accordance With The Equipment Manufacturers Guidelines In This Respect), Without Charging Separate Fees 5) Provisions In The Agreement On Not Causing Significant Damage To The Environment 6) Other Requirements Described In Detail In The Annexes To The Swz. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches A List Of Equivalent Solutions To The Offer. A) The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever The Content Of The Documentation Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or Detailed Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party.
