Technical Services – Title: Cleaning Of Streams And Closed Pipes For The Flood Protection Of The Region Of Crete (In The Regional Unit Of Heraklion). The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Related To Flood Protection Works Of Parts Of The Watercourses Of The Heraklion Municipality, Mainly Those Located Within Declared Emergency Areas Of Civil Protection Of The Municipality Of Heraklion. Of Heraklion, Within The Potentially High Flood Risk Zones (Zdykp) And Within Urban Areas And Settlements, Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Pe Of Heraklion. The Provision Of Services Concerns The Performance Of All Types Of Works To Clean The Watercourse Bed Of Waste, Rubble Or Vegetation That Make It Difficult For The Water To Flow Freely From The Natural Bed Of The Watercourses, Restoring Their Drainage Capacity. The Works Will Not Be Carried Out Within Natura 2000 Areas And Within Wetlands Of The Pd Of The Small Island Wetlands (Government Gazette 229 Aap/ 2012). These Works Aim At A Qualitative Intervention, That Is To Restore The Hydraulic Cross-Section In Parts Of The Streams, Mainly Those Located Within Declared Civil Protection Emergency Areas And Within Zdykp Areas In Order To Increase Their Drainage Capacity And Their Anti-Flood Protection ...
