The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards, And The Content Of The Documentation Should Be Adapted To The Specificity And Nature Of The Investment Task. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Execution And Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz, In The Polish Standards Or Technical Approvals, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Following Information Appearing In The Design Documentation: Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes, In Relation To The Required Materials, Devices, Equipment Or Goods - The Ordering Party Recommends Treating Such Indications As Examples And Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials And Devices In The Execution Of The Order, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation.
