The Subject Of The Performance Are Services Consisting In Ensuring Maintenance And Minor Repairs At The Buildings Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications In Prague, Namely The Buildings Na Poříčním Právu 376/1, Prague 2, Podskalská 1290/19, Prague 2, Karlovo Náměstí 1359/1, Prague 2 And Křížová 3194/6A, Prague 5. These Are Both Flat-Rate Services And Services Ordered According To Current Needs. Flat-Rate Services: The Supplier Provides Through Maintenance Workers (On Working Days From Monday To Friday, Working Hours From 7:30 A.M. To 4:15 P.M.) - Basic Maintenance And Minor Repair Services - So-Called Janitorial Services (In The Scope Of 4 Workers, Each For 40 Hours Per Week) - Electrical Services (In The Scope Of 1 Worker For 40 Hours Per Week) - Operation And Regular Maintenance Of The Exchanger Station And Gas Boilers (In The Scope Of 1 Worker 1 Day In Per Week For 8 Hours) Services According To The Current Need: • Provision Of Continuous Emergency Service • Provision Of Additional Workers Beyond The Scope Of Flat-Rate Janitorial Activities At The Request Of The Client • Provision Of Special Activities Based On The Clients Current Needs And The Suppliers Price Offer (E.G. Masonry Work, Blacksmith Work, Carpentry Work, Etc., Beyond The Scope Of Work Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Contract) The Subject Of Performance Is Also Consumables, Which Are Billed And Reimbursed According To Current Consumption According To Current Prices.
