Purchase Of The Atik Service And Support For The Following Licenses Held By The Ordering Party For A Period Of 36 Months: 1.1.1. Ibm Cloud Pak For Integration Virtual Processor Core License – 30 Vcpu; 1.1.2. Ibm Db2 Standard Edition Cartridge For Ibm Cloud Pak For Data Virtual Processor Core License – 69 Vcpus; 1.1.3. Ibm Websphere Hybrid Edition Virtual Processor Core License - 5 Vcpu; 1.1.4. Ibm Cloud Pak For Business Automation Virtual Processor License - 240 Vcpu; Within The Deadlines And Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu) Together With The Annexes Constituting Annex No. 8. 1.2. During The Term Of The Agreement, As Part Of The Support Service, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Maximum Of 450 (In Words: Four Hundred And Fifty) Hours Of Technical Consultations On Current Issues And Issues Related To The Development And Maintenance Of The Csob Environment Beyond The Scope Of The Atik Service, As Well As Performing Activities Such As: Analyses, Audits, As Well As All Types Of Work Related To Csob, I.E. Configuration, Parameterization, Training Workshops And Assistance With Technical Work Carried Out By The Ordering Party. Consultations Will Be Provided By The Contractor In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 2 Of The Contract Agreement, And The Minimum Number Of Consultation Hours During The Term Of The Agreement Will Be 45 (Forty-Five). 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Agreement Together With The Annexes Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
