The General Objective Of The Financing Project/Contract Is To Improve The Urban Mobility And Safety Of The Citizens Of Zalău Through The Use Of Its And Ict Technologies In Terms Of The Traffic Management System, The Public Transport System, The Parking Management System, The Video Surveillance System Of Traffic And Public Space And The New Public Information System.
