The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Delegation Of The Public Collective Sanitation Service Within The Perimeter Of The Municipalities Of Atton, Autreville-Sur-Moselle, Belleville, Bezaumont, Champey-Sur-Moselle, Dieulouard, Landremont, Maidières, Morville-Sur-Seille, Mousson, Pagny-Sur-Moselle, Pont-À-Mousson, Port-Sur-Seille, Rogéville, Sainte-Geneviève And Vittonville. The Consultation Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Procedural Rules Provided For By The Public Procurement Code In Articles L.1410-1 Et Seq. And R.1410-1 Et Seq., L.1411-1 Et Seq. And R.1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Local Authorities. The Management Of The Delegated Service Includes The Operation, In Particular The Maintenance And Monitoring Of Unitary Networks And Separate Wastewater Collection Networks And Network Accessories, Including Lifting And Delivery Stations; The Maintenance And Monitoring Of Wastewater Treatment Installations, Including The Control Of Possible Discharges From The Works Into The Natural Environment, The Search For Anomalies Likely To Disrupt The Proper Functioning Of The Service And The Resolution Of These Situations Within The Limits Defined By The Contract; Dehydration, Storage And Transport Of Sludge To Recovery Sites Compliant With Regulations Designated By The Community; The Transport And Recovery Of By-Products And Waste In Accordance With The Contract According To A System Compliant With The Regulations Put In Place By The Delegate; Carrying Out Work Under The Conditions Defined By The Contract And Its Subsequent Modifications; Managing Relations With Users Of The Public Collective Sanitation Service; Information And Technical Assistance To The Community To Enable It To Control The Service, In Particular Through The Transmission Of Precise And Reliable Data; On An Ancillary Basis, The Maintenance And Monitoring Of Rainwater Collection And Evacuation Installations (Networks, Grids, Drains And Various Structures Attached To These Networks) For The Municipalities Notified By The Community.
