Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Framework Agreement For Staffing Consultancy Services Within Electricity Grid Operations. Invitation: Ellevio Ab (Publ) Conducts A Procurement According To A Negotiated Procedure With Prior Advertising In Accordance With The Act (2016:1146) On Procurement In The Supply Sectors (Luf) And Hereby Invites Interested Suppliers To Apply To Participate In The Procurement Of Framework Agreements For Staffing Consultancy Services Within Electricity Grid Operations. The Procurement Is Carried Out In Two Stages: Stage 1 – Application And Qualification: Suppliers Submit An Application To Be Allowed To Participate And Are Tested Based On The Requirements And Qualification Requirements Specified In This Document And In The E-Call. 1 Are Overview And Aim To Provide An Overall Picture Of Ellevios Needs, With The Aim Of Enabling Suppliers To Assess Whether The Procurement Is Of Interest. The Requirements And Conditions That Apply To The Selection Of Suppliers In This Phase Can Be Seen From The Requirements In E-Tendering. All Mandatory Requirements Must Be Met For The Application To Be Approved. Suppliers Are Asked To Carefully Review The Documentation, Answer All Questions Correctly And Attach All Requested Documents In Connection With The Application. Purpose Of The Procurement: The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure Temporary Resource Needs Within Ellevios Operations, For Example During Parental Leave, Work Peaks Or Periods Where Special Complementary Skills Are Required. The Framework Agreement Covers Staffing Consultancy Services Within Both Technical And Staff-Related Functions. A Total Of Four (4) Suppliers Will Be Awarded Framework Agreements. All Roles Will Be Procured With Different Levels Of Experience (Level 1 – Level 4). Bidders Must Be Able To Deliver All Specified Roles Within All Areas Of Competence And All Levels Of Experience. This Is A Mandatory Requirement. Suppliers Who Cannot Offer Full Coverage For The Entire Role And Area Of Competence Will Not Be Qualified For Step 2. Bidders Must Have Documented And Verifiable Experience Of Delivering Staffing Consultancy Services To Businesses Within The Electricity Network Industry Or Other Businesses That Are Equivalent To Ellevios Business In Terms Of Technical Complexity, Scope And Regulatory Requirements. The Supplier Must Attach At Least Two (2) References That Refer To An Assignment Of A Scope And Complexity That Is Representative Of The Services Requested In This Procurement As Shown In The Requirements Form In E-Avrop. This Is A Mandatory Requirement. The Reference Must Refer To Assignments That Are Equivalent To The Services Requested In This Procurement.Furthermore, Tender Applicants Must Be Able To Deliver Requested Roles To All Ellevio Locations: Stockholm, Karlstad, Bollnäs And Kungsbacka And Must Be Represented Through Their Own Offices In Both Stockholm And Karlstad.The Framework Agreement Does Not Contain A Volume Guarantee And Call-Outs Take Place As Needed.
