The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Application Servers With Software - Expansion Of The Existing Infrastructure In Order To Increase Computing Power For The Installation Of New Operating Systems And Extensive Hospital System Applications For Copernicus Pl Sp. Z O. O. 2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of 1 Part. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Quantity And Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In: 1) Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Price Form, 2) Annex No. 1B To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), 3) Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Contract. 3. The Offered Items Must Be Complete, Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, And Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects. 4. The Offered Items Of The Order Must Be Admitted For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. 5. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Devices), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose The Requirements Referred To In Art. 96 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8.
