The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Extension Of The District Road No. 1626B On The Section From The District Road No. 1619B Towards The Village Of Koweła To The Border Of The Hajnówka Commune And The Narew Commune. The Project Involves The Construction Of A Road, Exits And Road Drainage. The Road Is Designed In The Footprint Of The Existing Dirt Road.2. As Part Of The Construction Of The Building, The Following Will Be Constructed: A) A 6.0 M Wide Roadway With A Bituminous Surface, B) 1.0 M Wide Improved Roadsides On Both Sides, C) Individual Exits To Properties With A Gravel Surface, D) A Culvert Under The Exits Made Of Pehd Pipes, Diameter 400 Mm, Length From 8 M To 10 M, Paved At The Inlet And Outlet, E) Service Channel With A Length Of Approx. 422 M, F) Trapezoidal Roadside Ditches.3. The Works Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And With The Arrangements With The Owners Of Infrastructure Not Related To The Operation Of The Road, Constituting An Integral Part Of This Specification Of Terms Of Contract, As Well As In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Conditions Established By The Competent Authorities In Issued Decisions And Permits, And In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis.4. The Materials Provided By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law.5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Bill Of Quantities Provided Are Only Intended To Help Contractors Calculate The Offer Price, Therefore It Will Have No Influence On The Course Of The Construction Process And The Amount Of The Contractual Remuneration Determined By The Lump-Sum Offer Price. The Ordering Party Informs That Contractors Should Calculate The Offer Price Based On The Technical Documentation.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Information On Its Own Regarding Infrastructure Not Related To The Functioning Of The Road, Built Since The Creation Of The Technical Documentation.
