A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Scope Of The Order Affecting The Organization Of The Works. The Issue Of Organizing The Construction Site, Including Construction Facilities, As Well As Managing And Supervising The Construction Works, Rests With One Contractor. During Construction Works And, Above All, Roofing Works On The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Paniówki, The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect The Roof Slopes Against The Negative Effects Of Weather Conditions (Including Flooding Of The Premises Of The School And Kindergarten Complex).
