1. The Subject Of The Order Is - In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - The Construction Of A 2.5 M Wide Sidewalk With A Length Of Approx. 60 M Along The District Road No. 2955S In The Town Of Świbie, Separated From The Road By A 1.0 M Wide Green Belt, Together With The Construction Of A Fragment Of The Rainwater Drainage System. 2. Construction Works Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Building Permit No. 597/25 Of December 11, 2025 (Letter No. Wab.6740.8.00044.2025)3. The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Includes:• Building A 0.5 M Wide Lane Widening Structure On The County Roads 1.0 M Wide Asphalt Layers• Building A Concrete Curb On A Foundation Strip• Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage Well• Construction Of Stormwater Drainage Elements: A Street Inlet And Sewers• Construction Of A Rain Collector Between Sewerage Wells• Construction Of A Sidewalk • Reconstruction Of A Green Area4. The Main Scope Of Work, The Method Of Their Execution And The Quality Requirements For The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Technical Documentation And Stwiorb, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To Swz.5. The Area Covered By The Works Is Equipped With A Gas Network, Telecommunication Network And Storm Sewage System. Existing Networks Within The Works Area Should Be Secured In Accordance With The Conditions Issued By The Network Operators. If, During The Works, Non-Invented External Devices And Networks Are Found, The Contractor Will Secure Them And Agree On The Method Of Carrying Out Further Work With The Appropriate Operator Of The Device Or Network. 6. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Introducing Permanent Traffic Organization In Accordance With The Approved Design, Including Completing The Formalities Resulting From The Approval Letter. Notification Of The Introduction Of Permanent Traffic Organization Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Indicates That, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of § 12 Section 3 Of The Regulation On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Management, The Contractor Will Report The Completion Of The Works And Readiness For Acceptance After The Traffic Management Authority Has Carried Out An Inspection Of The Technical Tasks Resulting From The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Permanent Traffic Organization Project And Obtained Confirmation Of Compliance Of The Introduced Traffic Organization With The Approved Project. The Inspection Should Be Carried Out By The Traffic Management Authority Within 14 Days From The Date Of Introduction Of The Discussed Traffic Organization. 7. The Contractor Is Responsible For Coordinating Works Related To The Necessary Relocation Or Protection Of Existing Underground And Overhead Devices And For Including These Works In All Work Programs.
