The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Construction Of A Bituminous Overlay On The Ostrzyce - Kolano Section With A Length Of Approx. 875 Meters. The Works Include The Construction Of An Overlay On The Entire Width Of The Road And Partially Only On One Lane Of The Road. - Partial Renovations On The Brodnica Dolna - Kolano Section. The Investment Location Is Shown In The Attached Drawing. The Investment Includes The Following Works: - Milling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface, - Partial Renovation Of The Existing Bituminous Surface, - Mechanical Cleaning Of Bituminous Layers, - Sprinkling The Construction Layers With Asphalt Emulsion, - Making A Binding Layer With Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, - Making A Wearing Course Of The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, - Filling And Profiling The Roadsides With Mechanically Stabilized Bituminous Reclaim (After Any Possible Cutting Of The Roadsides).Surface Structure For The Bituminous Overlay• Wearing Course With Mma Ac 11S Kr1-2 - 4Cm• Leveling Layer With Mma Ac 11W Kr1-2 - Wed. 4Cm• Existing Surface After Millingsurface Structure For Partial Renovations• Wearing Course With Mma Ac 11S Kr1-2 - 4Cm• Existing Surface After Milling2. The Contractor Is Advised To Obtain All Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract. Each Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Consequences Of Failure To Recognize Or Incorrectly Recognize The Terms Of Contract Execution.3. The Contractors Responsibilities Include The Development And Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Road Works Being The Subject Of The Order - The Project Must Be Assessed By The District Road Authority In Kartuzy And The District Police Headquarters In Kartuzy And Then Obtained Approval From The Communication Department Of The District Office In Kartuzy4. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Process, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. Due Diligence Is Required In Fulfilling The Obligations Of The Contract.5. Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Appointed Representative Of The Contractor.6. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order.7. The Materials And Equipment Necessary To Carry Out The Work Are Provided By The Contractor.
