The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive 24-Hour Transportation Services (Towing, Transport) And Parking In Guarded Parking Lots Of Vehicles Specified In Art. 2 Section 31 Of The Act Of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Watercraft And Aircraft Called Vehicles, And Component Parts Of Vehicles And Ships, Devices And Things, As Well As Towing Of Police Official Vehicles With A Gross Vehicle Weight (Gvm) Of Up To 3.5 T (Including Two-Wheelers And Other Small-Size Vehicles) For The Needs Of The District Police Headquarters In Bartoszyce.2. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order In The Form Of Partial Orders, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Police Unit.3. The Expected Scope Of Services Is Specified In Annexes No. 2/1 And No. 9 To The Swz (Price Forms, Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Ordering Partys Determination Of The Number Of Expected Services Is An Estimate (An Uncertain Future Event) And Cannot Be The Basis For Claims From The Contractor In The Event Of A Smaller Number Of Orders During The Execution Of The Contract.
