Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled Modernization Of The Roller Weir On The Czersko Polskie Barrage In Bydgoszcz

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Called Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Roller Weir On The Czersko Polskie Barrage In Bydgoszcz: 1.1 The Subject Of The Basic Order (Hereinafter Referred To As: Basic Order Or Basic Task) Is The Service Consisting In The Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions/Agreements/Permits/Decisions Enabling Investor Supervision And Commissioning Construction Works Related To The Implemented Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Weir Cylindrical On The Czersko Polskie Water Step In Bydgoszcz. The Technical Solutions Designed As Part Of The Order Are Aimed At Improving The Technical Condition Of The Facility By Modernizing The Structure Of The Cylinder, Taking Into Account The Data Included In The Technical Condition Expert Opinion. It Is Also Planned To Rebuild The Working Footbridge And The Lower Weir Station, Build A Technical/Auxiliary Wharf On The Lower Station And Improve The Technical Condition Of The Structure On The Air Side. As Part Of The Documentation, A Video Monitoring System Should Be Designed, Including Cable Lines, Control Systems, Data Recording Devices And Data Transmission Devices. The Implementation Of The Basic Order Is Divided Into The Following Stages: Stage I, Stage Ii, Stage Iii, Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.1.2 The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using Options In This Order. The Subject Of The Contract Under The Option Right Are The Following Services: Option I: Environmental Impact Report (Eis) (If The Authority Imposes An Obligation To Prepare The Report) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bodies Giving Opinions And Determining The Scope Of The Report (Paper And Electronic Version) In The Amount Required By The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended). Option Ii: Performing Authors Supervision Over Works Performed On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation Under The Order, Which Will Be Performed From The Date Indicated In The Notification Of The Commencement Of Construction To The Date Indicated As The Date Of Completion Of Construction In The Notification Of Completion Of Construction. Note: A) The Ordering Party Envisages The Application Of The Option Right Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Condition For Triggering The Option Right Is The Ordering Partys Declaration Of Will To Perform The Order Under The Option Right, Submitted To The Contractor In Writing; B) The Ordering Party May Resign From Performing All Or Part Of The Order Covered By The Option Right; C) The Use Of The Option Right Is Not Obligatory.
