1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Locksmith Services On Real Estate Managed By The Municipal Buildings Authority In Krakow. The Ordering Party Commissions The Provision Of Services, Among Others: In The Scope Of: - Emergency Opening Of Doors, Including During Eviction Activities Performed By Court Bailiffs, - Replacing Locks On Internal And External Doors (Includes Disassembly Of The Old Lock And Delivery And Installation Of A New Lock), - Cutting Of Padlocks, - Installation Of Additional Door Security In The Form Of, Among Others, Locks, Padlocks, Hasps, - Replacing Locks In Mailboxes, Information Display Cabinets, Power Distribution Boxes, Damaged Mailbox Doors, - Duplicating Keys For Locks In Premises And Residential And Commercial Buildings Remaining In The Resources Of The Municipal Buildings Management Board In Krakow, In Places, Dates And Quantities Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Specify In Separate Orders The Scope Of Work, Place And Date Of Their Execution. The Contractor Undertakes To: A) Secure On Its Own And At Its Own Expense Means Of Transport, Materials (Including In Particular Appropriate Locks, Padlocks, Etc.) As Well As Other Required Devices, Tools, Equipment, Etc. And Employ Persons Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including At Least One Person Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Workers And Qualified Technical Security Workers Kept By The Chief Commander Of The Police; B) Using Materials To Perform The Service: - In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Requirements For Door Class Security; - Brand New; C) Timely - In Emergency Situations, Up To 2 Hours From Receipt Of The Order (By Phone Or E-Mail), And In Other Situations - Within The Time Specified Each Time In The Order Or No Longer Than Two Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order, Reliable And High-Quality Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard Standards And Legal Provisions.
