The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Crushed Natural Aggregate, Fraction 0-31.5 Mm (Excluding Limestone Aggregate) For Use In The Modernization And Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads In The Zbójno Commune. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of Crushed Aggregate In The Amount Of Approximately 3,600 Tons Along With Transport To The Village In The Zbójno Commune Designated By The Ordering Party. The Amount Of Aggregate Indicated In This Documentation Should Be Treated As An Estimate, This Amount May Change By 10% Depending On The Actual Needs For The Implementation Of The Contract. The Delivered Aggregate Must Be Approved For Trading And General Or Individual Use. It Must Have All Required Certificates, Approvals And Certificates And Meet All Standards And Technical Approvals. The Aggregate Should Have A Declaration Of Compliance With The Pn-En 13242 Standard. The Above Documents Must Be Presented At Each Request Of The Ordering Party. If There Is Any Doubt As To The Quality Of The Delivered Aggregate, The Ordering Party Will Set A Date For A Joint Inspection, From Which A Report Will Be Prepared. The Ordering Party Will Collect Aggregate Samples And Have Them Tested By A Certified Road Laboratory. In The Event Of A Negative Test Result, The Ordering Party May Demand That The Aggregate Be Replaced With One Compliant With The Swz Within The Prescribed Period And The Cost Of Testing Will Be Charged To The Contractor. The Aggregate Will Be Delivered In Batches Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs, Upon Each Telephone Or Written Order Of The Ordering Party, To The Indicated Route And In The Quantity Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Must Deliver Aggregate On Working Days From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. In The Quantity Specified In The Order. Quantitative And Qualitative Acceptance Will Be Carried Out On An Ongoing Basis By An Authorized Person On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor. The Order Also Includes Each Weighing Of Aggregate During Loading, From Which The Contractor Will Prepare An Appropriate Document To Submit To The Ordering Party.
