Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E, At A Pressure Not Lower Than 1.8 Kpa, Including Sales And Distribution To The Facilities Of The Municipal Nursery Complex
3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E (Gz-50), With A Pressure Of Not Less Than 1.8 Kpa, Including Sales And Distribution To Eight Facilities Of The Municipal Nursery Complex In Lublin, I.E. I. Żłobek No. 1 In Lublin, Ul. Wileńska 19, Ii. Nursery No. 2 In Lublin, Ul. Okrzei 11, Iii. Nursery No. 4 In Lublin, Ul. Puławska 7, Iv. Nursery No. 5 In Lublin, Ul. Sowia 4,V. Nursery No. 6 In Lublin, Ul. Herberta 12, Vi. Nursery No. 7 In Lublin, Ul. Braci Wieniawskich 10, Vii. Nursery No. 8 In Lublin, Ul. Nałkowskich 102, Viii. Nursery No. 9 In Lublin, Ul. Zelwerowicza 2, 20-875 Lublin. 3.2. The Ordering Party Informs That All Information Regarding The Gas Consumption Point (Point Addresses, Tariff Groups, Installed Devices And Expected Consumption) Is Included In The Table In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - List Of Gas Consumption Points. 3.3. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase 70% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Order, The Purchase Of The Remaining 30% Will Depend On Its Own Needs, Which Cannot Constitute The Basis For Claims From The Contractor Due To The Unfulfilled Part Of The Contract, To Which The Contractor Agrees. Changes In The Percentage Of Purchase Of The Subject Of The Order Do Not Affect The Unit Price Of The Subject Of The Order And Do Not Require The Signing Of An Annex To The Contract.3.4. The Gas Consumption Specified In Annex 2 To The Swz Is Indicative Only And Is Used Only To Calculate The Offer Price And Compare Offers. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas In The Specified Quantity. Settlement Of Liabilities Arising From The Sale Of Gas Will Take Place According To The Prices And Fee Rates In The Submitted Offer And On The Basis Of Actual Readings From The Measurement System. The Amounts Of Gas Fuel Provided In The Price Estimate, I.E. In Annex No. 2 To The Contract, Are Indicative And Are Used To Calculate The Value Of The Offer And The Maximum Value Of The Concluded Contract. 3.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Amount Of Supplied Gas Be Settled Monthly Or In Accordance With The Gas Meter Reading Periods By The Gas Distributor, Based On The Actual Reading Of The Measurement System, According To The Prices Specified In The Suppliers Offer. 3.6. The Supplier Must Have A Current License For Trading In Gaseous Fuels And An Agreement With The Distribution Network For The Provision Of Distribution Services, Valid During The Period Of Delivery (Sale) Of Natural Gas To The Ordering Party. 3.7. The Supplier Undertakes To Deliver Gaseous Fuel, High-Methane Natural Gas E (Gz-50), At A Pressure Of Not Less Than 1.8 Kpa, To The Installation Located At The Ordering Partys Facilities And To Transfer Ownership Of The Gaseous Fuel Delivered To The Recipient. 3.8.
