1. The Subject Of The Order Are: Physical Protection Services For People And Property In The Facilities Of The University Of Opole. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annexes No. 1A And 1B To Swz.2. Requirements For Employment Based On An Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Act 2.1. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship (Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended)) Of Persons Who Actually Perform The Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order Indicated In Point 3.4.2 Of The Swz, The Performance Of Which Consists In The Performance Of Work. 2.2. The Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order To Which The Employment Requirements On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Apply. By The Contractor Of Persons Actually Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order, Was Specified By The Ordering Party In Annexes No. 1A And 1B To The Swz (In Part: Obligations Of Security Staff) 2.3. The Method Of Verification By The Ordering Party Of The Employment Of These Persons And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Were Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Contract.3. Subcontracting The Ordering Party Allows The Subcontractor To Participate In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In A Part Not Reserved By The Ordering Party. As Key Tasks, The Ordering Party Requests The Contractor To Indicate The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.
