A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Parameters Exceeding The Ordering Partys Requirements, With Modern Technological Requirements, Meeting At Least The Minimum Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Not Inferior In Terms Of Quality And Technical Conditions, While Maintaining Its Appropriate Functionality And Purpose.4.
